In December, just a few weeks before the first vaccines were administered in Europe, we presented the results of the survey that we conducted to ascertain companies’ outlook on how their post-pandemic way of working will differ from how they worked in 2019. According to our data, now that companies have seen at first hand that teleworking is a feasible option, the number of organisations that will only allow a small fraction of their staff (or no one at all) to work remotely will drop considerably.
