In December, just a few weeks before the first vaccines were administered in Europe, we presented the results of the survey that we conducted to ascertain companies’ outlook on how their post-pandemic way of working will differ from how they worked in 2019. According to our data, now that companies have seen at first hand that teleworking is a feasible option, the number of organisations that will only allow a small fraction of their staff (or no one at all) to work remotely will drop considerably. Moreover, those who telework will do so more often. Whilst teleworkers in 2019 worked remotely 30% of the time
