It goes without saying that this year’s “back-to-school” season is bound to be unlike any other. The pandemic is far from under control and companies everywhere are scrambling to figure out how to organise their work in a way that keeps business running whilst also ensuring employees’ health, work-life balance, productivity and social connectedness. A growing number of companies are opting to extend the shelf-life of the teleworking policies they had to put in place during the weeks-long lockdown.
