What will happen now to executive pay in France?
One of the most significant news stories in April was Emmanuel Macron’s victory in the French presidential elections after a hard-fought second run. With his re-election confirmed, we will now see what has become of his intention—expressed during the election campaign—to push for a cap on excessive executive pay through European institutions.
