How can AI transform the jobs of HR professionals?

At the Future for Work Institute, we strive to be at the forefront of exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is redefining the world of work and people management within organizations.

From our perspective, HR professionals have the opportunity to play a key role, not only by incorporating this new technology into your people management practices but, above all, by helping your companies navigate this transformation.

That is why we are pleased to announce that we are launching the data collection phase for the second edition of our survey, “HR Professionals and the Challenges of AI.”

We invite you to be part of this initiative, which seeks to shed light on how those working in HR roles in companies or other types of organizations are addressing this technological shift and how you anticipate it may transform your work in the medium term.

Who Can Participate in this Survey:

The questionnaire is designed for people currently working in HR departments of companies or other types of institutions, regardless of the role they play within that function.

Response Period:

You have until December 15, 2024, to share your perspectives.

Publication of Results:

We will publish the results within the first quarter of 2025. We hope they will provide valuable insights into the current state and future expectations regarding AI’s impact on HR, as well as offer a view of how things have evolved over the past year.

Time Required:

It will take you only five minutes to complete the survey.
