Government, employers and trade unions agree on labour reforms

The last few weeks have been packed with important regulatory developments. The most important of all has perhaps been the agreement reached by the Spanish government, employers and trade unions to fulfil item 23 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
